| All products sold by Advent 8 are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty (except in the case of second hand equipment. In such instances contact Advent 8 directly). Some products are covered by extended warranty provided by third parties. In such cases Advent 8 will still act on your behalf to ensure any warranty issues are dealt with in a timely and adequate manner.
In most cases, product warranty is shipped with the item by the manufacturer. It is important that you read and understand the terms and conditions that are provided by the manufacturer. Customers are requested to review such warranty information prior to purchasing or accepting the products. Advent 8 takes no responsibility for the terms and conditions that are provided by the manufacturer. Any disputes regarding warranty will be referred to the manufacturer.
